Impossible to type some characters

Hello,

When tagging my music, it's impossible to add the following characters : ~, [, ]
Everytime I want to add one these characters in my tags, I have to open any software that supports these, type them, copy the character then paste it into the field of the desired tag.

I'm using MusicBee Portable, version 3.3.XXXX if I'm correct

Help > About will give you the version number.
I suggest you upgrade to 3.4 portable from the downloads page and once "installed" update to the latest patch. See my signature for patch information.

Where are you trying to use these characters that won't get added?
What does MB do when you type them?

I'm trying to use these characters into these fields :


But the following characters : ~ and [ aren't working when I type them, nothing is showing up in any field of text of MusicBee, even the search bar. Only ] is working. It's like I type nothing.

Have you tried pressing space after the ~, that's how it works for me.

Shift ~ and after that space-bar one time.
