Safely renaming library folders

What is the best way to rename an album folder that is already in my MB library? For example, I have a Metallica live album, but it's folder on the hard drive is the date of the show. I want to rename it to the concert name without losing the link to the song in my library.

Navigate to the folder in the Computer Node, right click it and select "Rename"
