Synch to two different storage locations on Android?

I'd like to sync my music to my sd card and audiobooks to internal storage, can that be done?

Not directly.

You can create a virtual device for your SD card and sync to that. Then copy to virtual device files to your card. Or you can remove the card, place it in your PC's card reader, and sync.
