Preferences Unsavable Win 7

Version 3.4.7764 preferences running in Windows 7 are not able to be saved in any way by any method and MusicBee always starts up with choose language dialog box.

i expect you dont have write permissions to the settings folder. Try using the portable version

Could that be the case when it's installed on the C:\ drive when MusicBeeSetup_3_4.exe was run as Administrator?  

Thanks for quickly replying and if it's possible to be a permissions issue on a C: drive, I can try the portable one, but as I've installed and uninstalled installer edition to C: and D: both as admin and not admin and the issue persisted each time, never encountered before as the only user on private machine, I'm kinda in the hmmmm moment.

Also I went to C:\Users\dwfitz\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\Saved Settings\Application and created a .txt file from an explorer...no issue there.  Yet Saved Settings Snapshot... won't create a .ini file there.  MusicBee.exe *32 in the task manager has dwfitz as the User Name on the process.  Wondering if it's a 7 vs. 10 thing actually.  Hope that helps.
