Folder paths can get unreadably long very quickly in the left sidebar. I have two folders from Users\<user>\Desktop in my filtered folders, and you can only see the folder names up to Desktop\, so it's hard to tell them apart.  I can think of a few possible solutions:

* Allow giving folders a nickname that would show in the sidebar - like Nickname (C:\Folder1\Folder2\Folder3)
* Right justify the folder names so instead of C:\Folder1\Folder2... you get ...Folder2\Folder3 in the sidebar
*  Only show the end folder in the sidebar, i.e. Folder3

I like the first option best. I think the third would be vulnerable to a similar problem, if there are end folders with the same name.

for the next v3.5 update it displays the filter folder path using the windows path ellipsis setting which truncates the middle of the path
