I've been having this issue for some time. When I'm adding new FLAC files to my folder intended for scanning (not using Inbox), not every one of them shows in the "Recently Added" page. I can see them in the library, I can see that "Date Added" tag is correct. They can be ripped and tagged with EAC minutes apart. No problems occuring while adding MP3 files.

MusicBee Version 3.3.7491.

There is no special treatment for FLAC files. When you say they are in the library, do you mean they appear in the "Music" tab? If they are not in that tab, they wont appear on the recently added playlist.
I suggest you also check the rules used in the recently added playlist

Yes, they appear in the "Music" tab. For example, I've added three albums of the same band to my main music folder, than re-scanned it with "INS". Now I can see them in the library under the "Music" tab, all three, correctly tagged, even when adding "date added" in the displayed fields, the date and time is correct. But only two of the three albums are displayed in "Recently added" tab. Two under the left column displaying album artists, two in the main window no matter what I'm choosing to display there. It only happens with FLAC format, doesn't matter if it's BIN+CUE or TRACKS+CUE.
