Translator Q&A

Since there is an 'English(US).lngc' available, I suppose that the default English localisation is meant for the British spelling, but some words are in American English. From what I have seen, only three base words are concerned: color/colour (+ derived forms), theater/theatre, center/centre (+ derived forms).
'Colour' is used twice, and 'color' elsewhere. 'Theater Mode' is always written the American way, just as 'center/centered'.

I would prefer MusicBee using consistent British English.
I'm pretty sure The Bee was born in England, not in the USA.
And indeed English (US) is already available as a selection by default.

But I can imagine that changing something like 'Theatre Mode' to 'Theater Mode' might break some (historic) functionality somewhere?
If and where that's not the case, I'm all for changing all American spelled words to their English variation everywhere in MusicBee.

The translation for "will be deleted" now works, but the phrase is gone for the English version, and the translated versions are not showing the file count.

Do not use that file to start your translation efforts.

It contains almost 1500 lines that are obsolete, duplicates, or were updated later on.
It would be a complete waste of time putting in the work to translate those.
And I found it contains at least a dozen lines that are old, and have newer/different versions in the actual program.

Use this one instead.
It has all—and only—the lines that are currently in use, and is fully up-to-date.

Steven, in new3.6.txt i've found string:

russian (all Slavic) language requires 2 variants:

1 will be deleted
2+ will be deleted
