But neither the successor #AP.btn.E34B56B1#, nor it's brother #AP.btn.534BF636# are in the new file.
Should they be?

I think #Cvt.ctl.5E159E6C# should have a fixed width. It's an item in a file converter dialog. It does not break an english dialog but it does not fit in other translation if the translated one is shorter than the rest below in the dialog. Currently, I forcibly insert whitespaces in the end of #Cvt.ctl.5E159E6C#.
