Maybe it will be in the next LNG file (as this is the first time I meet this sentence!), but the "Not Supported" value for the device's "enable 2 ways synchronization" parameter is not translated for the moment.

Hi
I'm about to resume the translation in French from 2.5 to 3.0.
But to have some consistency with what I translated a year ago, I'm looking for a .lng file with all token and the original wording in English, for all strings since the first version (in my understanding there are only incremental files).
Does anybody have this at hand?
Thanks :)

The translator file has:
#MBL.msg.setfcMto#   click to hide panels for the current MusicBee tab
#MBL.msg.setfcMto2#   overrides for the current MusicBee tab

Is the use of the word 'MusicBee' relevant here?
Wouldn't it be sensible to just leave it out?

@Steven,

I am struggling a little bit with translating 'Playing Tracks'. (the former Now Playing' panel)

Technically, you could argue that the tracks in that panel are not playing, but queued.
Is this something you might want to change?

i agree with your definition and suggest you use that as the basis for your translation if it makes it easier but i wont change the english wording

Ok, thanks for the fast reply.
I'll consider it, but I feel it is also important to stay as close as possible to the English version.
People looking for help in the forum or the wiki will probably look for similar terminology.
Some things are just impossible to describe correctly in one or two words.

Just a thought on what is currently called 'expanded panel'. Trying to translate it gave some weird and rather vague results.
But I think also in English the description is a bit vague and broad. Perhaps adding the word 'Album' makes it a lot clearer and descriptive.

I'll probably use it for the Dutch translation. Perhaps also change the English term to Expanded Album Panel?

"#MBL.msg.ColumnBr#   Shows artists/albums/ or any chosen tag values sourced from tracks displayed in the main panel...

Is that description correct? It says the tracks are sourced from the main panel, but aren't they sourced from the selected library and it's filtering?
The main panel is not a source, but a result? Or is this just semantics, and could you perhaps say both?

"#MBL.msg.PlayerSi#   Shows a small player controls panel that is can be displayed in one of the side panels."

It should be either 'can be' or 'is'. Not both.

A question about the word 'stack' in the panel configuration panel.

Under 'stack' you can select to have elements displayed as a stack, or as tabs.
When you have selected to show them as tabs, would you call that a way of stacking?
I am not sure, but would the word 'combine' perhaps be a better header?

Then under 'combine', you would select either to stack, or to tab?

Could the button for #NPL.btn.C7DF22A3# be made a little bit wider?
(it should say 'Aangepaste koppelingen configureren' here)

O.k.
I noticed that the current "Playing Tracks" panel, in the 'hotkeys department' is still referenced as "Now playing list".
Those references should probably be changed to "Playing tracks list".

edit:
There are many other references in the translation file (and thus MusicBee itself) that still reference to 'Now Playing' instead of 'Playing Tracks'.
For example, even in the main configuration panel, that tab is still called 'Now Playing'. That might be very confusing, since it now refers to 'Playing Tracks', and not to the also existing 'Now Playing' (bar).

For the Dutch translation I have now changed them all.
