Lossless display of album art

Hi there, this is a long time wish of mine. TLDR: Add a check box to the main panel to display artwork uncompressed.

The super high res display of uncompressed artwork is VERY beautiful and I'd happily pay for this feature assuming it works without massively slowing down the prorgram. Perhaps it could compress them to double the artwork display size?

I think that the album art shown in the Now-Playing section is full resolution. What do you mean by uncompressed, if the thumbnail is small then the program would be wasting memory and CPU cycles downscaling the image.
