Stars / Ratings not showing on Android

I just started using of Musicbee  about a week ago, but I cannot seem to get Stars/Ratings to transfer to my Android (Samsung S20+).

The player, Poweramp, shows no stars rated, although all of my songs are rated.

I've synced several times and did re-scan several times. [

ok, does this mean i should try a different Player on my Android phone? if so, which one is suggested?
