hotkey requests

In the process of trying to become a little bit less dependent on the mouse and more comfortable with the keyboard, here some requests regarding hotkeys:

1. For the player panel, a shortcut to toggle between displaying 'progress bar' and 'wave bar'.
(sometimes you want to see the wavebar, sometimes the artist/song info)

2. Make the existing: 'Edit: edit tags' function as a toggle, also when it's docked.
(it looks like it does function as a toggle when floating, but not when it is docked)

3. A shortcut to open the 'New Custom Tag Definition Panel'.
(Edit > Edit preferences > Tags (1) > Define new tags)
This would be very useful for testing and editing virtual tags.

4. Add: Rating Now Playing: Ban

I have added 9 hotkeys for invoking the (first 8 ) custom web-links and the wikipedia preconfigured link. It only works on the selected file (not playing track)
