Music note icon appears now... How do I remove it?

I don't know exactly what I did but whilst messing around with my layout, a musical note icon appears next to my tracks in album and tracks view.



How did it happen, and how do I remove it?

I think they appear when you use 'search' with 'Entire Library' selected.
It indicates if a track is found in e.g. your library or in the inbox.
