Changing the color of the Recently Added banner?

Is there a way to change the color of the "Recently Added" banner? It appears yellowish with the Gray (slim) skin.

Try a different skin. Or modify the skin you're using. Further questions on "how to" should be posted in Developers' Area > Skins

It's the Recently Added header, that's all I can say.

If posting a screenshot is too dificult for you, any solution other than just using another skin will probably be too difficult also.

By default the colour is based on one of the albums in the playlist. You can disable that so the colour chosen by the skin author is shown.
right click on the header/ untick Auto-Pick Panel Colours

I am still curious when/how this displays?
When I use the Recently Added playlist, I only see groupings such as Today, Last 7 Days.
But I see no header?

By default a header for a playlist is displayed. You can re-enable it by right clicking on the header bar/ tick Playlist Header
