Autotag by track window cuts off

I'm using Windows 7, have my screen resolution up all the way and I can't resize the window. How do I fix this? I haven't used the feature since before I updated Musicbee and it was fine then.

I no longer have windows 7 so can't verify this. Its certainly not happening with windows 10 and I dont recall changing anything with that dialog window for a very long time.
You can still see the top of the buttons so you should still be able to click on them and use the functionality
