Resolved: Album Track Count incorrect when two album have same name

When an artist has two albums with the same name, in this case Fleetwood Mac with albums Fleetwood Mac(1968) & Fleetwood Mac(1975) the album track count for each album is the sum of the 2 albums' tracks:

This should be based on your Album definition in Sorting/Grouping preferences. Does it help if you add the year to the tags that define an album?

I've had this setting from the day I installed MB. After investigating another issue (iTunes compilation tick box) I somehow changed the settings to this:



which, of course, results in the "problem" I reported. Sometimes the wide range of options available in MB lead to shooting yourself in the foot ...
