Hi.

I'm having a problem with a specifig music file which does not show in the Top Rated Playlist panel even though the file has a 5 star rating (see attached screenshots).

I think I tried everything but can't figure out what the problem is.

Please give me some advise.

Thank you.

Have you tried Right Click->Send To->File Rescan for the file?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I also re-scanned all files in the library.

I also ripped the original CD again, but still got the same result.

My neighbor has a CD of the same album, another release that I borrowed and ripped with the same result.

So it's not that this particular track is damaged on my end or anything like that.

It must be a bug in the MusicBee settings or the database I think.

It would be good to know which file contains the information for the Top Rated playlist as this is driving me crazy now.

Suggestions to fix this problem are very welcome.

Just in case, try opening the playlist settings and clicking the button that says "Remove Files". Maybe it got manually deleted by accident at some point.

@psychoadept

Thanks for putting me on the right track.

I could add the file manually by right click Top Rated>Edit Auto Playlist>Add Files

Now the track is back in the Top Rated playlist again.

Your help is very much appreciated.

Thanks again.
