Tags, Images etc keep getting removed

I spend far too much time organizing my library only to find much of my work erased. What is happening?

Like I said, album images and some tag information are randomly disappearing

If you still use WMP, then WMP can automatically overwrite tags without any prompting.
If its not the case you use WMP, then you really need to provide a detailed description of what activities you do, otherwise no one will be able to help you
