MusicBee won't show me music on my Cowon Plenue D

Title says it all. I can't see the list of music on my DAP and I don't know if it's user error or something else...Any direction is appreciated!

Where are you expecting to see it that it's not showing up? (A screenshot might help)

Oh man, now it's finally showing up to embarrass me haha. But basically often it shows this page as blank. It says there's no music on my DAP even though as you can see there is quite a bit.

Yeah, that's where I would expect it to be. It's possible that it wasn't showing up because MusicBee was still scanning the device. I have a network drive that takes ages to scan, and it's a little hit or miss whether MusicBee tells me it's scanning or not.
