Theater Mode media controls bug

Hello I've looked everywhere on the forum and reddit and I can't seem to find anyone with this issue. The media controls in theater mode are just plain broken as shown in this screenshot the skip buttons are 7 and 8 and so on.

I've tried reinstalling the application, changing the font, changing skins, changing theater mode skins, and restarting my PC and nothing seems to fix it. It looks perfectly normal in main, compact, and mini players; it only shows up in theater mode.

The skin depends on the "Webdings" font for the buttons, so you may need to install that font

I just installed webdings, wingdings1, and wingdings2. Restarted, reinstalled, still not showing up properly. I also tried installing from the windows store for kicks and still nothing.
