Is there a way to display all of the album art from the library as a montage when playing music at random from the library (similar to the feature on Windows Media Center)

Not until now it seems.

Maybe it is not understood what you mean by "similar to the feature on Windows Media Center".
(digging in my memories, the only recollection of Windows Media Center that I have is: 'remove it at first sight')

To explain further......when using a large flat screen tv as a display when playing music from the library, WMC would show a slowly changing montage of random album art from the library as a background
