Manage Duplicates doesn't differentiate between 24bit FLAC and 16bit FLAC

In an album that has duplicates of 24bit lossless and 16bit lossless, the "Manage Duplicates" option randomly chooses which is the duplicate per song. Can you make it so the highest bitrate always wins?
