adaptive (or adjustable) row span for multi value tags in Track Details panel

Some setting to allow for tag content flowing to a next line for situations like this would be nice:

EDIT: Further following up on this, markup values are applicable when the maximum row span is one, but don't work when higher. For my use case, the aesthetics would be much nicer if both markup values and row spans worked simultaneously.
