Autotagger not working

Hi guys, the autotagging feature is not working for some reason. Every time I search, it comes up with no results even for the broadest of searches. My internet connection is working because MusicBee is still able to find artwork online. The autotagging feature used to work perfectly but for some reason it just won't find anything anymore. Any suggestions? Thanks.

ah i figured out what my problem was.. if you have "retrieve artist genres only" checked and try to do a "auto-tag by track" doesn't work for me
