The "is any of" rule doesn't work with enumerated tracks. For a library filter, you can check multiple values the same way you can in the tag editor. This seems to work as expected, any track with any of the values is included.
But for an auto-playlist or highlighting rule, there are no checkboxes. You can only select one value, and if you try to enter more than one manually it doesn't seem to work. The track would have to have all of the values, not just any one of them.
