Now Playing layout broken after remote desktop connection

Hello

I've been using my PC through Windows' Remote Desktop Connection recently and it somehow broke the layout of the now playing tab and I cannot figure out a way to restore it (it's now broken both through remote connection and when using the host normally). I'm guessing the resolution change is what broke it in the first place.

As you can see below, most of the cover arts are cut and the track numbers are off screen. There should also be a left side panel with the lyrics on it but it's completely gone. I've spent a good chunk of my time trying to find a way to fix this but the only way I could do it is by completely deleting my config file.



So my question is: Is there some way to restore the layout to its' defaults without completely wiping my other settings?
