I made a custom tab for Radio. If I accidentally close it, how do I find it to reopen it?

One a tab is closed, it's closed. But you can reopen radio in a new tab by middle clicking on it in the sidebar.

If you don't want to keep going that, I suggest you pin the tab.

OK I get that now because a new tab is just really a copy of what is under the radio section anyway, right?

I have it pinned, but what exactly does that do?

First, it means you can't close it by accident. Second, depending on the navigation restriction you set (right click on the tab) you can choose to keep that tab from going to any other view. If you try to do a search or something, a new tab will open instead.
