Changing tags, adding covers for wave files is not permanent - even if the changes seem to be saved and visible within the MusicBee, the other apps (Traktor on Windows, Rocket Player on Android) don't see it and the files' tags are shown as if no changes were made.

I'm moving this to Questions as it's not a bug. It is a known fact that tagging WAV files is touch and go. If you want lossless plus good tagging ability, then use FLAC. WAV simply does not handle tags properly. Do an online search and you'll find many explanations.

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Also of note... depending on Windows version, it may not support FLAC metadata, I had to download a thing on Win7 to get Windows to read FLAC metadata.
