Syncing Issues with ID3

Hi,

I'm a little confused that once I sync my files - the ID3 tags seem to change.

This specifically relates to multiple genre tags. I used MP3tag to change any tracks with multiple genres to be semi-colon separated rather than individual items.
I can see, via the Tag Inspector, that this is respected inside MusicBee.

However, once I sync this with MusicBee - looking at the files on my sd card - the tags change back to be individual items.

This doesn't happen for FLACs, just MP3s.

Any idea why this is happening?
