Lost playlists, can i recover them?

Hi,  I had imported a whole bunch of itunes playlists and my library a while ago and moved to MusicBee as my main player.  Recently my HDD died and i needed to reinstall windows.  Luckily i had a recent backup of my HD, however when i attempted to restore MusicBee i can't find where the playlists and library files live.  I have the windows store version, where are the playlists saved and can i retrieve them???

The library can be anywhere.  It's wherever the user puts it.

Search your backup for *.mbl.  That's the file type for the library.  Restore everything around it and you should have it all back as it was.

the same happened to me. I found the playlists, but how do i restore them? I am only offered to load a winamp file. Can somebody walk me through the process to use the mbl file?

close mb, then copy found <old library path>\playlists folder to <new library path> folder.
