Media Keys not working properly with musicbee

Using the most up to date version of music bee.
Randomly my media keys will stop working properly with music bee.  If i use FN+F6 it should pause the song but it pauses and unpauses very quickly.  If i use FN+F7 which should skip to the next song, it actually skips forward 2 songs.
I've already ruled out the keyboard malfunctioning because the media keys work perfectly with windows media player.

I'm at a loss of what to do.  Anyone run into this issue before?

Me too, I've been having this issue for half a year, after a Windows Update. I am sick and tired of this!
