Menu "Update Tags Using Last.fm Tag Cloud" missing

Since last update (or the one before) the entry "Update Tags Using Last.fm Tag Cloud" is missing from the menu "Tools > Tagging Tools > Auto-Tag by Track".

Was it removed?
