Creating a backup folder for all my music files

Title says it all. I'd like to create a back up folder for all my music files. I vaguely remember being able to do so through the device function  before I reset my PC, but whatever I'm trying, I can't get it to work again. Can somebody help me out and walk me through the set up of the function?

It sounds like you want either the Backup Library feature, or the Virtual Device feature:
