I'm using the Microsoft Store app version on my laptop. When I open Task View, all the other windows show up as expected. Only MusicBee doesn't appear, making it so that I can't move it to another virtual desktop without quitting it and reopening on another desktop. Alt+Tab works as normal, only the Task View feature seems to have a problem.
