Hi,

Im new to MusicBee and have spent many months ripping my CD collection to MusicBee. I have over 11,000 songs. So I bought a Pioneer XDR-100R so I can play my music library on the move. I have also added two 200gb SD cards to my device.

So what is the best way to sync from MusicBee to my music player? I have copy/pasted via Explorer, I use window 10, onto one SD card and its full. Is this the best to manually copy the remainder to the 2nd SD card? Surely there is a better way to synchronise my entire library in MusicBee to my Pioneer music player??

Also I am a lyric person. I can search and save lyrics to each song. Is there a way to do this for each Album?

Sorry in advance, im old school and find technology, well not that easy. Please be gentle :)

Lastly, can anyone recommend an easy to understand tutorial for MusicBee?

Thanks
M

Hi I am in a pickle too with MusicBee and I am an old school person trying to get onto the tech train here but its hard....  I can copy music on MB but I don't have the familiarity with these type of programs to understand how to copy to my android and play it plugged into my car radio or how to stream it.... I have been looking at the info on Fan..something and all over MB but  I am having trouble using this system. I don't want to move from MB but it is getting rather punishing to try to use it.  I see the structure of MB but I don't understand how MB functions with my Bluetooth receiver or my android phone or how to stream it to my soundtouch speaker? I don't think I am alone... surely something is written down somewhere?  Send me some clues and I will get it figured it out but at the moment.. I am STUCK.  Thank you Katherine

Hi, I've been using mb for a while. To sync to your device you need to go into the settings or preferences first. Click on devices. Highlight your phone then configure. Then go into the settings here. Once you say OK to that, you should (may!) be able to see your device when you right click on a file and select send to.

As for Bluetooth, I don't have that on the laptop. I suspect its just an output option. Through WiFi, yes you can do this-it's a plug in. You'll find it in the forum

moley, I suggest consulting the wiki page on device syncing: https://musicbee.fandom.com/wiki/Sync

CochlearGal, it sounds ilke you're trying to achieve multiple things. If the wiki page on syncing mentioned above doesn't help, we'll need more specific info on what steps you're taking to sync your music and where it's failing.  As for Bluetooth and streaming to speakers, that will all be handled by your system's audio devices, not by MusicBee.
