unable to play some audio files

hi i have problem with playing with some audio files when i try to play i recieve following error: Unable play this file - it has unsupported format or is corrupted
i try other players to play this files they play it just fine
I can't convert them too I receive following error:   (bass filter error  file form)

any help appreciated

Some details of the supposed format of the file would be useful; what codec, where it came from, what tools have been used to modify metadata on it, what other tools you have that will play it, etc.

I have this problem with M4A files mostly

I able play it in iTunes and Potplayer and MPC

even I downloaded bass_aac24.dll But I don't know how to copy to musicbee cuz i'm using Windows Store Version

i would need to make a change to the store version and that wont happen any time soon, so i suggest you install and use the non-store version
