V3.2.6827 Anyone managed to get menu accelerator keys ALT+F, ALT+E to work?

Anyone here got success using menu accelerator keys e.g. ALT+F, ALT+E?

Five years since I first tried https://archive.is/nhVkd,  ALT+V,C,T &H have started working but still F and E still fail, so I'd really like to know what others get.

Here, on current MB



and Windows 7:

1) Launch MB, press ALT+F for File menu - no File menu, and instead, a Find box https://i.imgur.com/hHSvoU7.png (with almost invisible label)
2) Launch MB, press ALT+E for Edit menu - no Edit menu

If you edit the hotkeys in the preferences and delete the default hotkeys for View: Show Now Playing Track Finder and View: Show Tag Manager, Alt+F and Alt+E will revert to activating the File and Edit menus.

That workaround worked. Thanks.

By the way, re ALT+E -> "View: Show Now Playing Track Finder", I don't even have Now Playing showing.
