Duplicate False Positives

MusicBee's duplicate recognition process needs some work. If I have a live album that has the same song titles as the original album versions, it says they are duplicates when they really aren't.

In the Duplicates manager..under the Selected Files  drop down, you probably have the Artist- Title ..ticked..so it will see those as duplicate.
