Playlist options

So I just updated to MB 3.2 a few months ago and I’m just getting around to making some more playlists.

  Yet when I click on File-Playlists every option except import playlists is grayed out, meaning I can see all the options but none are clickable.

   Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere to turn this all back on??

there is some code to disable some of the playlist menu items if you don't have the Playlists node displayed in the left navigator. However thats not really appropriate any more so I have removed that.
