No sound

I have just downloaded Musicbee and added 3 tracks from an album but get no sound when I hit play.
Any ideas?

If you right-click on the now playing track information (where the play controls are) there's an "Output to" entry. Check that the correct sound device is selected.

if its only a couple of tracks also open the file in the Tag Editor and check the Settings tab in case the Relative Volume Adjustment is set really low
