Field for # of times played in the last X months

Currently MB only saves the last played time. A field for # of times played within a X day/week/month period would be a nice addition. I know this would require MB to save each play occasion in a database, but this would be a great feature for advanced auto-playlists: it would allow to know which songs are in heavy rotation, and which are neglected.

musicbee doesnt currently keep that info. I know why you want this, but it would take some time of using MB before it became useful wouldnt it?
another not as good approximation would to use the field "Last Played" in the last X days (or even hours) to avoid excessive repeats

Yes, it would take a few weeks for the rotation to contain useful information.

I currently use the Last Played method you mention, but it has limited use and doesn't capture songs which are in heavy rotation.
