- display of stop button can now be enabled on any main player layout
- all the progress bar layouts are now all similar - this mainly affects the progress bar above/below layouts
- when MB is displayed in a narrow layout, the player panel compresses the spacing and hides the volume slider and now also the last.fm button to make room for the playing track text
