Ice-Cast Support

Hi! It would be cool for MusicBee to support IceCast, i.e. for streaming to Squeezebox-Devices.

Desireable Features:
- Support for Album Art
- Sending out Artist / Title / Album Title
- Playing currently played music either via Speaker (locally), IceCast (remote) or both.
