ps. actually - my +1 only counts if it would be "reload all tags from database OR filetags to opened tag editor." (depending on a preference setting, or 2 different hotkey options) as for me & my world in-file data is the one to abide in 99% of all cases, not from MB db...

This is done for the next v3.2 update, and also when you use right click/ Send To/ Rescan Files, the tag editor now refreshes.
Note that pressing F5 in the tag editor itself doesnt invoke the refresh command
