Portables/Ipod sync Auto-Playlists?

It seems like when I sync the auto-playlists to my ipod, they aren't Auto/Automatically updating playlists anymore.. Smart playlists if you were in iTunes. I don't think you can create, edit, or see any smart playlists with musicbee.. Wishlist!
