Problem Library folders

Good morning, I have a problem adding the songs of the library.
I select a folder where there are subfolders including songs.
When I proceed to scan it finds no file.
To add the files I have to manually add every single folder/song.
How can I do it automatically?

have you actually configured the files to be added to the library eg. in the library preferences, is the target set to "Inbox".

Yes, it is set to Inbox.
Creating a new library within the root folder containing my songs seems to be working properly.
But if I move the library that I have in the same position can not load the music.
At this point I delete the old library and keep one created for testing that seems to work.
I do not understand why a library works while another does not have the same settings.
