Determine out of sync tracks

Is there a way to determine files with tags modified in MB and not synced back to files? And the other way - files modified out of MB and not synced to MB?

select some files and then Tools/ Advanced/ Synchronise Tags

i suggest you do it with a small set of files until you are comfortable its working - perhaps take a full file backup first

So maybe there is an option to save tags to files immediately upon change? I think it should be possible, just I cannot find it.
