Is it possible to crop tracks?

I'm making playlists, and some songs have intros/outros that i dont want in my playlist because they are annoying, but i dont want to edit my audiofiles directly resulting in two files.

Is it possible to set an individual start/stop point for a track, either globally or in a playlist? I havent seen any function like that, and not sure what to actually call it/look for.

Check out start/end time option in Settings tab of tag editor to see if that's what's you're looking for.
