Relinking a moved Library

Recently the drive my library was on had a drive letter change - when opening MusicBee I was able to re-locate the library file, but none of the tracks would relink in relation to the new library file.  Is there a way to force a re-scan to relink the files?

Try File> Advanced> Remap Music Folders command.

Additionnally a rescan is necessary otherwise music files can appear in double (old + new locations)
Tools > Advanced > rescan

If Remap Music Folders is used correctly, this shouldn't be necessary.  Also, if you care about date added, play counts, etc, it can result in losing that data.
