I'm also experiencing problems with Musicbee and "BASS_ERROR_UNKNOWN" on files I just downloaded using Spotube.

The only solution I can think of is putting them on Audacity and exporting as an mp3, but that seems kind of annoying to do for each song that's problematic.

Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Right, I've added security exceptions to the MB folder and I've also added the AAC files from the wiki's link to my MB directory and still nothing. I'm thinking this might be an issue with Spotube in that case honestly. Thanks.
